1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55pk ("we", "us", "the Platform", "55pk") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 55pk platform, accessible at https://55pk.pro and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 55pk platform in any capacity — whether you browse as a guest, register as a player, make a deposit, place a bet, participate in a promotion, or interact with our customer support — you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full, without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 55pk, including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket and PSL betting), live casino games, slot games, virtual games, promotional bonuses, and all payment processing services.

55pk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 55pk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 55pk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently closed, or banned from the 55pk platform.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 55pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence.

If 55pk determines at any point that you did not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration, or that you have since ceased to meet them, 55pk reserves the right to close your account immediately, void all bets and bonus winnings, and return the net deposited balance (less any winnings derived from ineligible activity) subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 55pk — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 55pk platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, 55pk will close all duplicate accounts, void associated winnings, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person gains access to your account, including through sharing of your device, browser session, or login credentials.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notifying 55pk if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

55pk will never contact you to ask for your account password. Any communication claiming to be from 55pk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

KYC Verification: As part of our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework, 55pk is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be asked to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4 Deposits & Payment Processing

55pk accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Interbank Transfer: Raast, 1LINK
• Internet Banking: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Standard Bank Transfer: Available for all major Pakistani banks

All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on 55pk — what you deposit is the exact PKR amount credited to your gaming wallet. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for each payment method are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 55pk wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Raast and 1LINK transfers typically credit within minutes. Internet banking and standard bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.

55pk does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bank, JazzCash account, or EasyPaisa account for any applicable fees before initiating a deposit. 55pk is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All deposit transactions are processed over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. 55pk does not store complete payment credentials on its servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

5 Withdrawals

Registered players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable level of KYC identity verification before a withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account wallet.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen withdrawal method, as displayed in your account dashboard.
• Your account must not be under investigation or subject to a pending security review at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Processing Times: 55pk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Method: 55pk applies a same-method withdrawal policy — meaning your withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method you used to deposit into your account. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and is non-negotiable. If your original deposit method is no longer available, our support team will work with you to identify an alternative approach, subject to satisfactory documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 55pk offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 55pk contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Cricket betting, slots, and live casino games may have different contribution percentages. These are specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: 55pk reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses where it reasonably determines that a player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer through systematic or coordinated exploitation, multi-accounting, or any other manipulative behaviour.

55pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including offers that are currently active, with reasonable notice to affected players where possible.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on the 55pk platform are governed by their own specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting market. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Random Number Generation: All casino games on 55pk — including slots, live casino, and virtual games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 55pk or by any player.

Sports Betting: All sports betting on 55pk, including cricket betting and PSL markets, is subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. These include rules governing void bets, abandoned events, result amendments, and maximum payout limits per event. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable sportsbook rules before placing bets.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure during a game or bet, 55pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. 55pk is not liable for any winnings that arise as a direct result of a technical error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55pk platform and constitute serious breaches of these Terms. 55pk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents or misrepresentation of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 55pk platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 55pk platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 55pk is legally required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, artificial wagering patterns, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a 55pk transaction. All chargeback requests are investigated thoroughly and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at 55pk staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

55pk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has built a comprehensive suite of player protection tools directly into the platform. These are not checkbox compliance features — they are real tools designed to help Pakistani players maintain a healthy relationship with online gaming.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits that cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55pk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, trademarks, and service marks — is the proprietary intellectual property of 55pk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55pk platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without written authorisation from 55pk.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology underlying the 55pk platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any 55pk content or platform functionality.
• Using 55pk's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 55pk's intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55pk's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55pk shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 55pk had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

55pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 55pk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The categories of personal data collected by 55pk include identity information (name, date of birth, CNIC number), contact information (email address, phone number, residential address), financial information (bank account or mobile wallet details for payment processing), and gaming activity data (bet history, session duration, game preferences).

55pk uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the platform (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55pk holds its international gaming license. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of any other jurisdiction, the governing law specified herein shall take precedence to the extent permitted.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes between a player and 55pk should be submitted to our customer support team via live chat or email. The majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes can and should be resolved at this level. Our Urdu-speaking support team is available 24/7 and is empowered to resolve most player concerns without escalation.

Formal Dispute Process: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process available under 55pk's gaming license. You and 55pk agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against 55pk.
